Richard J. Lund  |

Dick has been active in commercial real estate since 1976. He began his commercial real estate career with Grubb & Ellis, where he rose to the position of national chair of real estate investments, managing investment sales persons in 54 offices nationwide. In 1991, Dick leveraged that expertise and formed Biltmore Holdings which has been involved in over $1.3 billion in real estate ownership and development. He graduated from Northern Illinois University in 1968.

Robert G. Kimball  |

Rob joined Biltmore Holdings after a 30 year law career, with a focus on real estate transactions. Rob was formerly the managing partner of Sacks Tierney, P.A. a 35 lawyer AV rated law firm in Scottsdale, AZ. During his legal career, Rob was involved representing clients in over one billion dollars ($1,000,000,000) worth of real estate transactions. Rob graduated with honors from Harvard College in 1973, and with honors from George Washington University Law School in 1977.

Steven M. Taylor  |

Steve has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry performing design/build projects in the Microelectronic, Pharmaceutical, Medical, Office and Residential Condo markets. Steve came to Arizona in 1993 to manage the design/build construction of a $60M laboratory for Intel. Steve has continued to work in the Southwest to manage various types of construction projects along with engaging in the development arena. Steve is multi-disciplined in all trades of construction, estimating and purchasing. Steve graduated with a BA in Government from Saint Lawrence University in Canton, NY in 1985 and graduated with a BS in Civil Engineering with honors from WPI in Worcester, MA in 1988.

Donald D. Morrow  |

Don joined Biltmore Holdings after a 30 year career in commercial real estate at Grubb & Ellis. During his tenure there, he rose from being a leading investment broker to managing the number one office in the Company, to the position of Western Regional President with oversight of 22 offices and over 600 brokers. Don graduated from Arizona State University in 1972 with a degree in Business Administration.

Rick joined Biltmore Holdings in 2006 and has over 15 years accounting experience in development, construction, and hospitality industries. After graduating from the University of Southern Maine with high honors, he obtained his CPA while working for Arthur Andersen LLP.

Jerry Levan  |

Jerry Levan is a veteran real-estate professional with national and international experience. Jerry’s early real estate career focused on the construction, renovation and operation of complex real estate like the John Hancock Center of Chicago and the famed Chicago Union Railroad Station. This connection to real estate at such a fundamental level has provided the passion and experience in developing value add Property Management Programs and operating teams that focuses on increasing the value of each property through tenant retention programs and property redevelopment. He has managed portfolios of millions of square feet of class “A” office, retail, and flex industrial space. A graduate of Washington University with a BS in Mechanical Engineering Jerry has been committed to the commercial real estate industry since 1980.

Lori joined Biltmore Holdings in 2006. She has 14 years of experience in residential and commercial real estate, and 9 years accounting experience. She has been a licensed real estate agent since 1992.

Amanda Smith came to Biltmore Holdings in October of 2007. She offers 6 years of administrative and support services experience in commercial and residential construction, development, and environmental services in the state of Arizona. Amanda is currently a student at Scottsdale Community College.
